Introduction by the Principal
Ciboney Centre for Excellence is a private, non-profit, Early Childhood through Secondary School located on the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda that caters to children aged one to grade 12. At Ciboney, we strive to educate the “whole child” in a safe, small school environment by fostering his/her growth through social, cognitive, emotional, physical and creative experiences.
With a student body of approximately 140, and a teaching staff of 20, students receive plenty of opportunities throughout the school day for quality time with their teachers. Classes are taught with the needs of each student in mind and teachers adapt groupings within the classroom according to the goals of each lesson.
Set upon a hill with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, and a lovely breeze, Ciboney Centre for Excellence offers a quality education and an experience that will last a lifetime.
